Video layouts in meetings
Use the available video layout options to focus on participants and content during a meeting. Customizing your layout helps you follow discussions and stay engaged. The available views depend on the device you use to join the meeting.
To change the layout during a meeting:
- Click Layout.
- Choose from the following views:
- Grid – Ideal for large meetings where you want to see multiple participants. Adjust the number of visible participants, showing up to 25 per page.
- Stack – Displays participants above the active speaker or shared content, keeping the focus on the main speaker.
- Side by side – Shows participants next to the active speaker or shared content for a balanced view.
- Full-screen view – Allows you to float and resize panels freely or move them to another monitor.
Stage View
The stage is a customizable area that highlights key content during meetings. By default, it displays the active speaker or shared content, with up to six additional participants appearing in the filmstrip.
To use stage view:
- Click Layout.
- Select either Stack or Side by Side.
