Initial onboarding and Setup Assist
With Business Digital Voice with Webex, you receive expert configuration assistance after service activation through Cisco’s Setup Assist team.
Setup Assist Express service includes:
- Reactive virtual onboarding via chat in User Hub
- Digital content for feature and user setup support
- Chat support via User Hub is available for up to five days after service activation
Engaging Setup Assist process:
- Setup Assist service is available following service activation.
- You can contact the Setup Assist team by logging in to User Hub and using the chat widget.
- Once contacted via chat, the Setup Assist team assists by configuring your Webex services, as needed.
- You receive clear instructions on getting the service configured along with how to get support from the Cisco implementation team.
Setup Assist chat is available for up to five days from service activation to assist with onboarding and service implementation. After the initial five days, chat is available for questions and support Monday through Friday (business days) from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm ET
