Share content during a call
When you're on a call with a colleague using the Business Digital Voice with Webex App, you can seamlessly share content, keeping everyone aligned with the conversation. To limit distractions, the application automatically silences notifications for incoming messages and calls while you're sharing.
- To begin sharing your screen, click Share.
- Choose how you want to Optimize your shared content:
- Automatically Optimize—Optimizes based on your content.
- Optimize for text and images—Displays text and images at the highest resolution and clarity.
- Optimize for motion and video—The video plays back at a higher frame rate with a lower resolution helping to reduce lag.
- Select Share computer audio to let other participants hear your computer and microphone audio.
Mac only—Webex App needs an extension to allow computer audio. If you don't already have the extension, then it automatically downloads when you click Share computer audio.
- Select the screen or application to share.
