Access and pay your Business Digital Voice with Webex bill

Easily pay, view, or print your Business Digital Voice with Webex bill online.

Put a call on hold

While you're on a phone call with someone, you can put them on hold so that you can make or answer another call or get more information.

  1. While on a call, select More.
  2. Click Hold.
  1. After you put the call on hold, your spaces list shows that it's on hold.

To go back to your held call:

  1. Click Resume from the calling window.
You can also click the call in the messaging panel to bring the calling window to the front of your screen.
