Pin messages in a space

Pin messages in a space to make important content, like files and links, easily accessible. You can also pin a message as a banner at the top of the space to ensure everyone sees it.

1. In a space, hover over the message and click More Actions.
2. Select Pin Message.
3. To display it at the top of the space, check Pin message as banner. 
4. Click Pin. To unpin click the Pin icon again.  

View all pinned messages 

1. Click the View pinned messages icon. Messages are listed by the date they were pinned. 
2. To unpin, select the message and click Unpin
