Access and pay your Business Digital Voice with Webex bill

Easily pay, view, or print your Business Digital Voice with Webex bill online.

Pick up a call from a team member

As a member of a call pickup group, you can answer a call on behalf of another group member who isn’t available.

For this feature to be listed in your call settings, you must be assigned to a call pickup group by your administrator.

To enable call pickup:

  1. In the app footer, click Call settings > Open Call Preferences.
  2. Scroll down to Call Pickup.
  3. Check Display Call Pickup in the footer.
  1. Call pickup will now show in the app footer.

To pick up a call:

  1. Select Call Pickup.
  2. Depending on your setup, you may have multiple groups to choose from. You can select the appropriate pickup group:

    1. Call Pickup, or 
    2. Directed Pickup.

If you choose Directed Pickup, enter the pickup number. Then press Enter.
