View and download meeting reports and insights
Generate and download reports for any meeting, webinar, event, or session you’ve hosted on your site. Additionally, you can view insights to gain a deeper understanding of meeting usage.
View and download meeting reports
- Sign in to User Hub.
- Click your profile picture or initials.
- Select More features > My reports.
- Select the report you want to generate and enter the additional details you’d like to see in the report.
- Select Display Report.
- Click a link to see the report details.
- To export the report data in a CSV format, select Export Report or Export.

View meeting insights
- Sign in to User Hub.
- Click your profile picture or initials.
- Select More features > Insights.
- Two graphs display:
- Meetings I hosted - Shows how many meetings you've hosted, including total minutes spent in those meetings. It also includes the weekly average for the number of meetings and their durations.
- Participants in meetings I hosted - Shows how many participants were in your meetings, average number of participants, and meetings with the most and fewest participants.
- Click the drop-down arrow above the graphs to change the timeframe.
