Keyboard shortcuts
Leverage keyboard navigation and shortcuts in Business Digital Voice with Webex App to enhance accessibility, streamline your workflow, and minimize mouse clicks.
You can navigate through the application using your keyboard. Some shortcuts are context-specific; for instance, pressing Ctrl + B on Windows or Command + B on Mac toggles bold text when composing a message.
To navigate within the app, use the Tab key, and press Shift + Tab to navigate in reverse. On Windows, use Alt with the left or right arrow keys, and on Mac, use Command with the left or right arrow keys to switch between spaces and tabs or mark spaces as read. Use the Spacebar or Enter to select items.
Global shortcuts work regardless of whether application is minimized or running in the background. These are indicated with a ✓ in the Global? column in the tables below.
Customize shortcuts
Click your profile picture, then go to Settings and select Keyboard shortcuts.
Search for a shortcut or scroll through the list.
Click the combination in the Shortcut column and enter a new keyboard combination.
Check Global to set as a global shortcut.
Not all shortcuts can be global. Some shortcuts default as Global shortcuts. You can change these if desired.
