AI Assistant simplifies day-to-day communications as your personal editor, ensuring your messages convey exactly what you intend. It also offers a message translation feature that facilitates genuine connections across languages, transforming communication into meaningful interactions.
- Rewrite messages - AI Assistant enhances messaging speed and intelligence, correcting errors and refining style and tone while also improving overall content quality to make your communication clearer and more effective.
- Translate messages - Use the AI Assistant in group or direct message spaces to translate individual messages or entire conversations in real-time.
AI for Webex Meetings
AI Assistant enhances your meeting experience by offering real-time summaries to help you stay updated without interrupting discussions. It can also respond to your queries during ongoing meetings.
If the need to briefly step away arises, simply switch your status to Stepped away to notify others. AI Assistant takes care of automatically muting your microphone and disabling your video. Upon your return, it prompts if you'd like a summary of what you missed.
If you miss a meeting due to other commitments, AI-generated summaries of meeting recordings save you time by highlighting key points such as notes, highlights, action items, and recording chapters. This allows you to quickly navigate to the most relevant parts of the discussion.

You also receive a summary and transcript after the meeting even if you didn’t record the meeting. - Step away from a meeting—Change your status when you move away from the camera.
