Access and pay your Business Digital Voice with Webex bill

Park and retrieve calls

As a member of a call park group, you can park an active call. A parked call is assigned a designated extension allowing you to retrieve the call from another device or share it with someone in another department so they can pick up the call from their device.

Park a call

  1. While on an active call, click More and select Group Park.
    The call is put on hold and the extension of the parked call displays.
  1. Share the parked extension with the person retrieving the call.

Retrieve a parked call

  1. Click Retrieve Call in the app footer. 
  2. Enter the extension.
    Parked calls that are not retrieved within a set amount of time are returned to the person who parked them.
