Forward your calls
If you’re going to be away from your desk and need to forward phone calls to another phone number or directly to your voicemail, you can do so directly in the Webex app.
- In the app footer, click Call settings.
- Before you can forward to another phone number, you must add that phone number to your call forwarding list. To do this, click Open Call Preferences.
- Under Call Forward, click Add number to add a phone number. Once added, the phone number appears in the drop-down list as an option to forward calls to.
- Click Save to save your changes.
- Once saved, you can click Call Settings and select one of the following options to forward your calls:
- Do Not Forward Calls
- Phone Number – The phone number(s) added in your call preferences.
- Voicemail
The phone and forwarding settings icon in the footer turns green and stays that way until you change the setting back to Do Not Forward Calls.
