Flag your messages
Flag messages in Business Digital Voice with Webex App to follow up on them later or keep them as a reference. Flags help you keep track of important conversations and follow-ups.
- Hover over the message you want to flag.
- Click More actions, then select Flag message.
- A flag icon appears next to the sender’s name and the message time. To remove the flag, click the Flag icon.
- To view flagged messages, click on Filter by and select Flags.
Flagged items are added to the Flags list and organized by the date they were flagged. You can flag up to 200 messages.
