Create a time schedule

Set up call schedules to automatically adjust your settings (like simultaneous ring, sequential ring, or priority alerts) based on the time of day or day of the week.

  1. Sign in to User Hub.
  2. Click Settings > Calling > Schedules.
  3. You'll see two types of schedules:
    1. My Schedules - These are schedules you create yourself or that your administrator creates for you.
    2. Corporate Schedules - These are pre-defined schedules for your location, created by administrators.
  4. Click Add schedule from the My schedules tab.
  5. Proceed to enter a Schedule name.
  6. Next, choose the Date and time this schedule should run.
  7. Check All day event or Repeats, if needed.
  8. Click Save.
