Start a conference call

Easily manage and expand your conversations with conference and call merging features. Whether adding participants to create a three-way conference call or merging two active calls into one, you can bring everyone together seamlessly.

Add someone to a call

You can start a conference call from an active call. 

  1. While on an active call, click More and select Conference.
  2. The first call is put on hold. 
  3. Enter a number or a contact name and choose whether call via an Audio call or a Video call.
  4. Select Merge to join the two calls together.

View all the participants in the conference call by selecting Participants.

You can add two additional parties to create a three-way conference call. 

Merge two existing calls

If you receive an incoming call while you’re on an active call, you can merge both calls into a single conversation, bringing everyone together on the same call.

  1. Select Hold and Answer.
  2. The active call is placed on hold and the incoming call is answered.
  3. Select More and then Merge,
  4. Choose the phone call to merge.

The original call resumes and merges with the incoming call.
