Manage multiple lines or shared lines

The calling dock window (multi-call window) is designed to help if you frequently make and receive calls or manage multiple lines or shared lines. It allows you to manage calls efficiently, view your line status at a glance, and access common calling features—all in one place.

Currently the calling dock window is only supported on Windows.

Open the calling dock

  1. Click Settings and open the Calling drop down and select Calling dock.
  2. Check Turn on Calling dock.
  3. Under Windows settings, check Keep Calling dock in front.
  4. Under Incoming calls, choose one of the following options to determine where your incoming call notifications are prioritized:
    • Bring Calling dock to front on incoming call.
    • Use default call notification.
  5. Click Save.

View a status with Watchlist

Once you open the calling dock, the Watchlist appears. It allows you to view and monitor the availability of a list of people in your Busy Lamp Field (BLF).

Monitored members must be added to your BLF by your administrator.
