Make a call to anyone with a phone number
You can call anyone with a phone number directly from Business Digital Voice with Webex App. It works just like making a traditional phone call from any other device.
Place a call to a phone number
- Go to Calling.
- Enter a phone number in the dial pad and choose to place the call via an Audio call or a Video call.
Answer a call
When you receive an incoming call, choose from the following options to interact with the call:
- Answer—Ready to answer the call.
- Decline—Can’t take the call.
- Message—Send a message instead of taking the call.
- Hold meeting & answer—If you're in a Webex scheduled meeting, a Personal Room meeting, or a space-associated meeting but need to take a call, your video and audio will pause during the meeting. Your name will remain in the Participants list, and you'll still be able to view any shared content while on the call.
- Send call to voicemail—Divert the call directly to voicemail.
