Manage your call history
Call history shows up to 200 of your placed, received, and missed calls from the last 30 days.
View call history
You can view the number associated with a call log and choose to call it back.
Your call history synchronizes across your desktop, mobile apps, and desk phone for seamless access.
When a call is forwarded or redirected, the Business Digital Voice with Webex App provides details about the caller and the source of the forward or redirect. This includes calls from hunt groups, call center queues, or executive assistants. If the log displays Call on Webex, the call originated from the application.
To view call history:
- Go to Calling and select All to view your complete call history.

Missed calls
You can easily identify the number of missed calls by the number indicated next to Calling.
- Go to Calling and select Missed to filter by missed calls.

Place a call via call history
- Hover over an entry and place a call back via an Audio call or a Video call.
- Select More options for additional options.
- Calls from another Webex App give you additional options to Chat, Send Email, Add to contacts, Delete this call, or Delete all call history.
- Calls from a telephone number give you additional options to Block, Create new contact, Add to existing contact, Delete this call, or Delete all call history.

Call details
To view call details:
- Hover over an entry and select the call.
- Here you can view:
- Call origination
- Duration
- Time

Delete call history
To delete your call history:
- Hover over an entry and select More options.
- Choose to: Delete this call or Delete all call history
When deleting your entire call history, you are prompted to confirm the action by clicking Delete before the history is permanently erased.
